Welcome. It can be hard to take the first step in seeking support but I aim to make this easy and safe. For the past decade I have worked with clients who are searching for hope, fresh insights, relief or all of the above. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW83870) passionate about working with individuals on their journey towards making peace with the past, feeling empowered in the present and clear in their ability to make choices for the future.

Every person is unique which is why I think therapy should also be so. Together we will create a tailored plan that honors your own experiences, values and long term hopes and goals.
